This lovely community space is located at the Briars park in Mount Martha on Nepean Highway. The market layout is situated in the lower section of the park near the visitor info centre, featuring grass lawns and meandering roads and paths. 
Road ways become ‘walkways’ with no traffic access when the market is operating. The surfaces are gravel and grass and undulating in places.  Shade is limited. 
Ground conditions and weather can change at any time. We suggest caution when walking around the market areas; please watch your step, especially with prams and wheelchairs. 
Dogs are not permitted in the park. Service dogs with identification are exempt. 
Parking is supervised by Briars Management 
The reserve and its facilities are maintained by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council.
